♥ Paintovers & Pottery ♥

♥Good things come in twos!♥

Starting with these two lovely Ercol chairs
circa 1960s/1970's
Im no furniture expert but I believe they are made of teak

Lovely classic lines
Painted once again with beautiful Annie Sloan chalk paints, 3 coats to be exact and finished with a clear wax, every so slightly distressed on the edges.

Next up...
two gorgeous heavy handmade wooden shelves
These were stained dark but have been sanded and once again given 3 coats of A.S. chalk paints
A perfect pair

And finally, the best till last perhaps...
Sandygate Pottery
Polka Dot Heaven

All going on Etsy this coming week and what remains unsold will be coming to the Stony Stratford Vintage Market on the 26th November...

and remember I offer a free delivery service within 10 or so miles of HP13, I also live just off the M40 motorway if you fancy picking one of these gorgeous bits up...

  2. Wonderful things in this post! I love the paint overs, must try some of that paint soon, the colour looks wonderful. I also loved seeing the dotty china. My Priddy Priddy order arrived safely and I am putting it all to good use already! Have a happy Halloween tomorrow.

  3. Ooooooh I'm loving your blog! And I may have to pop over to your Etsy shop tomorrow when I can focus with less tired eyes! I just wanted to thank you so much for popping over to my bloggy space and your kind comment! :)

I keep meaning to say how I love your blog name......my hubby in his younger years helped look after Priddy the Hedgehog so I've wondered where your name comes from! Hope you know what I'm talking about cos most people don't have a clue who Priddy was!! Lol :)
